Trojan Women & Men win 5A-South Crowns!

The 2014-15 Hot Springs High School Women's and Men's Basketball teams repeated as 5A-South Champions and earned the top conference seed spots in the Class 5A State Tournament March 3-10 at Green County Tech.  Both squads advanced to the semifinals with the Lady Trojans defeating Farmington, 51-48, while the Trojans fell short to Maumelle 59-57.  The Lady Trojans will take on Pulaski Academy Saturday, March 14 in the 5A State Finals at the Hot Springs Bank of the Ozarks Arena.  Tip off is scheduled for 7:45. The tournament game results are found below:

The Lady Trojans completed their second consecutive perfect 5A-South run (14-0) and entered the state tournament with a 22-4 record.  Meanwhile, the Trojans finished the conference season at 13-1, sporting a 21-5 overall record.

A special congratulations is extended to the Junior Girls for capturing both the round robin regular conference season and the tournament championships.  The Junior Lady Trojans finished with a 20-1 record.
